Before Course Start (No class/demo attended)	Fee will be refunded after deducting a processing/registration fee.
After Course Has Started or Content Accessed	No Refund Allowed
If Classes Are Cancelled by Smart Future Point	Full refund after deducting processing/registration fee.
Request Time Limit	Not Applicable
Method of Refund	Refund will be processed to the original payment method or offered as course credit/coupon.
Processing Time	7 to 30 business days depending on the payment gateway or bank.
